Until recently, politics in Kosovo have been considered exclusively a man’s job. “You can not leave the secrets of the state in the hands of the women,” quotes an old man.
This documentary explores, challenges and reflects the position of Kosovar women in leadership and decision-making in politics. Through interviews and following the actions of women politicians before and now, Element FeM exposes the specific challenges faced by these women as well as their visions of how to bring change to society.
This film provides informative content that will enable both men and women to actively support equal participation in decision-making.
